- Name and age
- Where they are from
- Where they live
- Years of customer service experience
The recruiter also asked:
If you were on a long-haul Emirates flight, which movie would you watch and why?
Candidates had to choose a movie and explain their reason.
💡 Tip: Keep your answer simple, explain your choice and show your personality. Only answer what the recruiter asks.
After this stage, there was a short break.
👥 Around 40 candidates started, but only 20 passed to the next stage
🤝 3. Second Stage - Group Discussion
- Candidates were divided into groups.
- One group had eight people.
- They received situations to discuss and solve together.
- Candidates had to share ideas, listen and work as a team.
The person sharing this experience made a small English mistake but continued speaking and still passed.

📏 4. Height and Tattoo Checks
During the group discussion stage, the recruiter also checked candidates' height and tattoos.
After the next elimination, only 7 candidates remained.

- The recruiter took individual photos of the candidates.
- Everyone had a final interview on Microsoft Teams.
- The interview was with another recruiter based in Dubai.
- Each interview lasted around 15-20 minutes.
- Candidates confirmed their personal information and answered three questions.
Afterwards, everyone had to wait for the final result.
👔 7. What Should You Wear?
- Wear smart, professional clothing.
- A business suit is a good choice.
- The recruiter helped candidates prepare for their photos.
- The recruiter even had makeup, clothes and other useful items available.
Professional photos taken before the Open Day were not needed.
