Have you ever wondered what it is like to work as an Emirates Cabin Crew Recruiter, also known as a Recrutiment Advisor? Or maybe you would like to apply for this role one day?
For example this is one of their ads. They posted this role for 11 months ago.
As this role is very popular, it can be very difficult to get the job. So many applicants apply for the role. There aren't many requirements either, as long as you have at least 2 years of cabin crew experience or 2 years of HR experience. Of course if you have more experience it is a plus, but not a must.
So let us check Lenas story. Lena is a current Emirates Cabin Crew recruiter. You can check her IG account below::::
She went from this:::

Below is the short story about Lena 😊
For Lena, her journey started in the cabin. After working as Emirates Cabin Crew, she now gets to help other people take their first steps towards the same career she once dreamed of.
As a Cabin Crew Recrutiment Advisor, Lena travels to different places and attends international recruitment events. She meets people from many different backgrounds who all have one thing in common::: they dream of becoming Emirates Cabin Crew.
Her days are not always the same.
Airports, flights, different time zones and international events are all part of her life. Sometimes, her life can still feel a little like the cabin crew life, just in a different role.
She also gets a roster each month similar to the cabin crew role.
Representing Emirates also comes with responsibility.
As Emirates employees, she represent the brand wherever she goes. Even when travelling on an Emirates flight, there are certain dress and appearance rules to follow. She also have a dresscode during her events. She is representing Emirates not only when she is working, but also when travelling as an employee.
She meets people from different countries and backgrounds, each with their own story and their own reason for wanting to join Emirates.
For some, it may be their first airline interview. For others, becoming cabin crew has been a dream for many years.
Lena understands that feeling because she has been in their position herself.
One of the best parts of her job is helping candidates through the recruitment process. She can give them advice, encourage them when they feel nervous and help them understand what Emirates is looking for.
Of course, not every day is easy.
There can be busy and stressful days, especially when preparing for an international event or travelling across different time zones.
But there are also many special moments.
Seeing someone arrive at a recruitment event feeling nervous and unsure and then seeing them take another step towards their dream, can be very rewarding.
Not only do she travel the world and do these recruitment events, she also gets the chance to attend various fairs/events around the world. To represent Emirates.
